In all cases we aim to dispatch your product in the quickest possible time. This can be up to 2 working days. Please allow appropriate time for delivery once we have dispatched your purchase. Orders must be placed before 1300hrs (1pm) to qualify for a next day delivery. We cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery through forces outside our control for example, but not limited to, industrial action, weather or loss. Orders over the price of £30 and or over 20kg in weight; in the majority of cases are sent via a courier service, a tracking number will be provided upon request. In all cases if additional insurance or a different delivery method is required customers are advised to make us aware in good time so we can revise your order accordingly.
In the unlikely event of a consignment arriving damaged please note the details with the delivery agency. Take a photography and return the product along with the original packaging. If your goods fail to arrive at the address provided an investigation will automatically be launched by our customer service department in conjunction with the delivery agency. This is to determine the status/location of the item/s and improve customer service. In all cases if it is found that incorrect details have been provided to intentionally to deceive and commit fraud, steps may be taken for legal action to ensue. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all relevant paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked. Unfortunately we cannot accept any products that sit directly on the skin for hygiene reasons unless faulty. All returns abide by the regulations laid down within distance selling regulations.
